United Healthcare: Most POS policies pay the standard rate, which will cover our standard Acupuncture Service.
Cigna: For Pain management only, and usually covers a 30-minute session, which includes 15 minutes of Acupuncture.
*Additional health conditions, treatment times, or services, such as cupping, infrared therapy, or electrical stimulation, are often not covered by Cigna policies and may incur additional self-pay rates.

Aetna: May take 1-3 business days to verify, as we must call during business hours. Aetna policies that cover out-of-network Acupuncture typically cover our standard Acupuncture rates.
