Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will receive a series of emails:

• Welcome email with login instructions to our patient portal.
• Intake form - please fill out this online medical history form prior to your visit with details. pertaining to the condition you are coming into.
• Reminders - You may opt in for both email and text reminders.

Important new patient information; Please allow 1-3 days to verify your health insurance as we require more details for Acupuncture verification. We are only covered in Texas.  Out of network plans will be cash rate prepay until we receive the EOB, after which we can make adjustments.

Important new patient information: Check our Directions page for specifics on how to find us in central Houston at the Wellness Space.  It is not obvious and maps will not always take you to the correct door or parking area on the 2nd level. 

• Check-in at the Kiosk, this will alert us of your arrival.
• Please have a seat and we will be with your shortly.  Your health is important to us at our central Houston clinic.
• Text us if you need assistance locating or entering the space.
