- Medicare Advantage Supplemental Plans for the above carriers. Licensed Acupuncturist for low Back pain only under certain circumstances.
*Plans that are acupuncture insurance by a Licensed Acupuncture in Houston, Texas. These plans only cover pain and nausea due to chemo. Medicare Advantage supplemental only covers low back pain under certain conditions. Regular Medicare is only covered if the provider is an MD. All other conditions are Cash Pay.
